Cookies and local storage
TaskTuck uses session cookies to authenticate you, remember your workspace, and protect connected-app authorization. Browser session storage checks account identity. Local storage and IndexedDB retain field jobs, queued updates and proof photos for offline use. These are used to provide the features you request.
We currently use no advertising or visitor analytics trackers. A consent banner is therefore not shown for the necessary storage described here. Optional tracking must be reviewed and consent controls implemented before it is introduced.
Storage and your controls
Session-token cookies normally last up to seven days and the short session cache lasts five minutes. Workspace selection can last up to one year; temporary connected-app security cookies expire after minutes. Offline data may remain after upload so field records are available without a connection; privacy checks clear inaccessible records and account changes clear the relevant caches.
You can clear site data in your browser. This signs you out and may permanently discard updates and photos that have not uploaded. Sign out using TaskTuck to review warnings about unsent field work.
The Privacy Policy lists the cookies, providers and privacy contact. Paddle checkout and Cloudflare security features may use their own necessary cookies.
