Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TaskTuck, a software service for local service-business operations, provided by TaskTuck (see “Who we are” below). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts are for people aged 18 or older who are authorized to act for their business. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and for ensuring that people you authorize to use your workspace follow these Terms.

Paid features are billed according to the plan and billing interval shown at checkout. Subscription payments may be processed by Paddle. TaskTuck is software for managing service-business operations; it does not currently act as the payment processor for a business’s own customer service invoices. Your TaskTuck subscription may renew automatically until canceled through the available billing controls.

You may not use TaskTuck to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

You retain responsibility for the data you submit to TaskTuck and for having the necessary rights and permissions to use that data, including your customers' details. For your customers' personal data, you decide why it is collected and TaskTuck processes it on your behalf. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. TaskTuck is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TaskTuck is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
